Challenge: Redesign Jubilee.
Restrictions: Pencil only.
My take on a redesigned Jubilee. I gave her a bit of a steampunk flair with the goggles, but I couldn't resist keeping her trenchcoat for a nice swooshy effect. Lots of little customizations though in the clothing accessories and hair, etc.
